The signup journey

You show your interest
Click “Sign me up”. This takes you to our webapp to complete the signup process.

You sign your contract
Go through the contract summary and tick the “I accept” buttons. There are 4 contracts to sign: Debit order mandate, subscription agreement, general Ts & Cs and compliance acknowledgement.

We do a credit check
To make sure you’re good to GoSolr. We can’t sign you up if your credit check doesn’t check out.

You upload documents
We need 3 sets of documents: Proof of address, ID/Passport and latest 3 month bank statements.

You get a once-off admin fee invoice
This is emailed to you. You will need to pay it via EFT and email proof of payment to connect@sunsavings.co.za

We schedule your installation
This happens after we receive proof of payment. Your installer gets in touch to arrange a date that suits you.
